'CollectiveKnowledge started with one vision: to share authentic Neapolitan pizza with Via Vittorio Emanuele. The Bianchi family opened our first small, family-owned shop in 1985, where we upheld family recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her explorations across Italy, learning from esteemed pizzaiolos in Naples - pizza's hometown. After coming back to the UK, she aimed to recreate Italian pizza's enchantment, adhering to old-school techniques and selecting top-notch ingredients.
Our once humble 12-seat pizzeria is now a cherished community gem, yet our dedication to premier quality and authenticity remains. We continue to utilize traditional wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough daily, and procure the best produce available.
Presently, 'CollectiveKnowledge' is still under the care of the Bianchi family, with the next generation taking the helm of our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted modern advancements, our core philosophy persists: to serve delectable, authentic pizza that unites everyone.
